2nd last day in 2004

siting on my bed while updating this blog!
Waa!! so tire la today!
Bought 3 6-litres paints to paint the house!
then paint paint paint! painting the walls are easy !
but painting the ceils are damn tired cos u hav to put up ur hands my ur hand la!~
the worst things is difficult to appy my mighty strengths!
Well. b4 painting I hav to moved every things to other rooms 1st!
then paint the empty(well not excitly empty. but big staffs like big TV sofa, bed etc are still
left in the middle of the rooms!) my all my staffs(small Tv, HiFI, clothes..aiya....all the things
la just buliding up a little hill and stil super messy! E.g. I just put down my mobile 1 second and
it needs to take me 15 mins to find it back inside the hills!)

Well..paint..the living room and my room, then removed all the carpet and underlays in living roomS
and waaaaaaa..so dusty la!

after this....so tires. (cutted my finger by the stupdi door bill bottom while cleaning that damn door!
then taked shower(though there are still many white paints on my feets, arms....la). and
eat. and rest..(my fingers are still feeling super tires.)

then went to a friend's place to fix pc but didnt bring the CD TO So need to fix it latter lays. though the problem is small.
easy to fix!

umm.. one more thing! I drove using my brother's car. well. his cAr is new and can accerlate very
quick, my damn Mishubishi lanzer(er...my bro is also Mishu.. lanzer...but his car is newer la).
accerlated damn damn slowing.. few days ago i drive to hills. WAhhh...It cause big big problems.
Aiya..this car is not powerful as Ali boxer la! I need to do the car service latter 2 weeks,
umm.. it will cost me another 100 bulks!

Tsunami

Heres somethings!
1st! these few days I did lots if driving!1st drove to east to the mt Lobethal. Then to the south
to the Hellet Cove! the today drove 3 times go and back to load the massy laminates floors to home!

feeling tires and now body just cool down then latter getting a shower!

anyway! latter few days got to replace the floors, paint the house, all the rooms!

I dont understand why my system using so much memories, after installing
the stupid SP2!
using ~200MB ram. well i have using some things to make it faster! well it work
a little!
Than I have unstall the Norton cos its too fat in Ram! and install the KAspersky!
but every time i dial the internet my pc comes u with a blue screen abt driver & port
problems and restarts the system!
I hav try few tricks but not work. ( the old Kasp was work. but the updated KA is not)
SO SO ..u know. I go back to Norton. even i dont like Norton!(cos I think its crap) My pc
needs a stronger anti-virus to protect me!

Ohhh. yes. I changed from Zonealarm Pro to Outpost! outpost is small in resource!
ppl say its powerful..I need to wait to see it!
the reason i kill zonealarm is cos it slightly fat in Ram la. also it got the stupid anti-virus
with it!(and call itself Zonealarm Internet Suite")..stupid ppl. everyne ZA abti-virus sucks!

SP2

Service Pack 2 sucks!

Well? Why I do I say that?
its because u know? Window XP got lots of silly holes!
then Microsoft try to fix them! however it also put lots of extra
rubbishes into it!
I thas already cause me problems!(according to reviews on the magazines and forums)
it is not efficient and it is crap!

The Worst thing abt SP2 for me now is the manus are slowly appear! E.g( u know when u click the
"START" then the list come out with the light translent ist and come out as normal. Samn when u
right click the mouse to do staffs! I need to fix it!


My anti-virus's auto-update is turn 'off'(well it really made no difference cos i 100% manul
u[date. I cannot even turn it on! I know some others always got similar problems and some stupid
on the "APC" magazine said Norton conflict with microsoft's SP2 and needs updated 3 times to enable it!
Damn! but it isn't~

I tried the kaspersky anti-virus!(ppl say its the most efficient and neat anti-virus!) but its shut-down
every time when i dial up the internet!

So I go back to Norton!(every experts say it suck and eat lots memory, kill only oddie virus)
Mcafee...its so so.. What makes it worth to consifer is its a partner of Microsoft! so it know better
than others abt Microsoft's crappy system!


anyway! I am not sure i will stick with Dumn Norton!(it cannt even kill trojan, remember)

2nd thing I like to talk abt is the firewall! I currently using Zonealarn Pro! well it work's ok!
But I know there are at least 2 other firewalls say better! one is the outpost(its tiny and efficient)
while the other is ?? i forget?

andyway! if u r using Norton! u also needs the Ad-aware &spybot & '''register-machanic''!

Stupid No 2!

1. finding car park at the city during sunday is not not not easy!
but at last found one but needed to walk down to meet the friends!
2. stupid me chose to go to the carol candle nite! with family!
aiya..its so so boring! cold! too!
Man the whole show sucks! The songs are all rite! but the singers.... (.......) skips..make no bad commands!
Then is the fat Elvis! then the big dumn old, fat red-meet-ball....some ppl call him santa!
then the boring and some crapy singers...anway..at last(i wanted to leave early but ppl came with me wanted to stay
longer) the skinny firework!

Well. I was try to catch the firework moments by my Canon Ixus 430! but it seens its sensor tried to catch the damn light! so quite pretty hard to take pics! (man I try hard to click that damn thing but it woundn;t flash and take!

well. at last...back home...err....??? rush to toilet(last nite ate too much)....spent a little bit time watching the MTV europe award! then turn the pc on. ..insatll Service pack 2...then lalala..

yesterday aftermoon i done one of the most stupid things in a long long time!
Man..... I locked my car key inside my car while the damn engine is still on!
shit! I have spent ~$20 call the taxi to go home to get my spare key! Shit
Well the weather is bloody hot! ~38 degree!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! all I was thinking was to shop somethings for thing dammn weather! (i parked at the stupid shopping centre..yet the Coles there wasn't open..damnnn!)
But the main reason is tt while I was parking my damn car! ALL I thought of is my sister-in-law borrowed my car the day b4 and didnt locked the windows in both sides after using it!
and Damn!
i was stupid enough to get down the car to lock it!
"SHIT" came stright cross my head right after I close that damn door!
Anyway its all rite now. don't want to metion it any more! it really makeme feel "piss OFF"
Well at nite i went to eat buffet! ate a lot! well Oz buffet is always got the same things!

Well< again~ blogging=boring!

Many Few days again my pc got a font problem.
few days again I repaired it!(means restores system but keeps all other files)
But still! the system is repaired but loadig is slow and Norton installation is disable!

Well>! what ever!

I formated the C drive and reinstalled windows and ok!
the window is good! then what i want is just to put few must-use
programs into my computers(abt 10-18). just keep my C drive slim and fast!
after On and off, restarting many time!
Ok Ok...looking good the system!

I tried to setting the internet connection! but damnn damn dammmn!
I cannt connect!
Man I cheack my phone cable, sockets, modem(take it out and blowing all the dust with my mouth
breath, the driver, damn pc say everything GOOD, cheack the modem setting! Ok
the phone no, user/pass! everything..but still no work!

Made 2 phone calls to the Iprimus technical support aND THEY give u some crappy supports!
the last guy is even worse! What he really said is asking to take my pc to silly computer shops to fix
! stupid guy!

anyway! Well, i given up and try to fix it another day!
one day after(yesterday!) when i loggin and tried again! and damn window can CONNect!
Sh!t computer!

Today!

Finally find out the real cause of my pc problem!
Something must went wrong with the C;/wndows/fonts folder!
this folder can't display anything!
but its copy in the desktop does shows lots fonts in it!

But the main thing is! WHen i use window explorer(the only way i can see
get into the fonts in the C:/windows/fonts/fonts) to open some fonts(only 13 fonts)
then the symbolic windows changed back!

umm...I need to do something to the stupid windows!


btw! I just went for a 1hr walk to a new suburb-Northgate!
a house is most aussie's dream! so it can be call a dreamland!
All houses are new and well designed!

It got a shopping centre, church, school, sports park, lake!,
and ....nice friendly people!

nOw courier New is gone in my Display-Property-Advanced Appearance.

So my windows goes back to the symbolic languages!

Anyone knows that inside the Advanced-appearance, e.g choose icon. then to set its
text property! i now only have "fixedsys & system" fonts to choose from.

5 minutes ago i got "courier New" as well. (it should has more)

Anyone knows which folder are these fonts store!?
I will try to search it!
also i test the C:/windows/fonts again!

B4 i think i know aboiut computers!

Heres my experience!
Ok!
(1) Try to copy-paste the fonts into the control-panel-fonts folders!
Yeah the message boc shows installation successed(watched then already copyed there)
But when i open it! none there!
Then goes to the C;/windows/fonts to copy again!
Same thing. already copyed but no show up!
then i just copy the whole font folder to the desktop!
then those stupid fonts shows up in the copy of the FONTs!
Stupid! I already cheack the Folder property to see any hidden files!

(3)search on the internet! but whould not find any useful info!

(4)the books in the bookshop only tells u basic info!

(5).Errrr....typing this entry is boring!

(6).Actually I am in no hurry fixing it! Microsoft is CRAP CRAP CRAP! It got so many HOLES in it!
Also many of its products sucks! like IE, media player, anti-virus, firewall.! Add-remove-programs, Fonts, reg-edit
restore points..etc

Man they make so much money, they should pay attention to other good products and learnt from them then
upgrade XP by adding same element to XP!
Microsoft should should pay attendtion to programssuch like Norton, Zonealarm, Spy-bot, ad-aware, Nero, win-amp
window-blind, fire-fox, disk-keeper! ACD-photos, flash-get, etc!

My life will be a lot easier if Microsoft do improve its damn Widows!

But anyway. I don't care. I just install other programs!

7) at last! many good programs are geting "fatter" FAT FAT FAT rather better!
for example! MEdia-player! lots of bullshits! ALL ppls needs just to play music &movies! who needs the rest rubishes
! NEro, reaplayer, messenger, ICQ.....and other programs! They upgrade their versons but downgrade their products by
adding rubbishes into it! damnn them!

I got fonts problems!
Last nite when i started up my pc!
the window screen changed to an alienated language!
latter I went into the desktop property to change the fonts!
theres only two fonts i can changed to are system & fixedsys!

after seted all the fonts to system fonts! I can finally see and ugly English
screen!

Within 10mintues time all other fonts loads into the memory. so there are more
fonts can be chose from! so latter i setted all fonts to arial. or Toshima!

But once I restarted it! same problem appears again!
E....mm..

Even my internet speed slows down! DAMN!!

Investigation to be continued!

Anyone experienced this problem b4?

Plus: I want to download more fonts!
